Heritage Assembly of God

Ladies, are you struggling with your weight and other health issues?  Do you feel like you’re all alone in your fight to get physically fit?  Do you need someone to come along side of you and encourage you in your journey to better health?  Then this class may be just what you’re looking for.  Each Sunday evening we meet in the fellowship hall, share our struggles and triumphs in our battle to eat healthily, pray for one another, and then exercise to a video together.  (If you plan to exercise, please dress comfortably and modestly)  For those that are interested, we will weigh-in weekly and measure monthly (but YOU DON”T HAVE TO DO THIS IF YOU’RE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH IT.)  This class will continue throughout the year, as long as there is interest.  We also plan on having guest speakers come in and share on nutrition, bone-health and other useful topics.  As we pray together and hold each other accountable, we can overcome our struggles and work our way to better health.

LAPS meets on Sunday evenings from 6:00 p.m. until approximately 7:30.

The LAPS class will NOT be meeting this Sunday evening, March 14th (due to the Annual Business Meeting).
